How our process works.

Step 1.

Change is constant, so we work based on a supported service model.

We’ll begin by discussing your goals, priorities, and organisational objectives. This will help us decide how many days per month it would be suitable for us to work with you.

These days can be filled with different activities based on your goals, whether it’s training, discovery, consultancy or content creation. We’ll discuss your goals with you at the beginning of your contract, and make sure that you get the best value from the time you’ve entrusted to us.


Step 2.

After we’ve decided together on how many days per month we’ll be working with you, we can start structuring those days in the most effective way to make a positive and sustained impact.

Do you have any projects that we can support with? Have you just had a device refresh? Is there a team that could use some guidance in a particular app?

These are all questions that we’ll consider when putting together our schedule, and thinking about how we can ensure that you get the best value from the time you’ve entrusted to us.


Step 3.

Once we’ve agreed on the days and the schedule for each of them, it’s time to deliver.

Our delivery can take place remotely or on-site - whichever is easier. We can also organise accessibility arrangements so that all of your staff can have an equal opportunity to benefit from our work.

Our training will be bespoke to your organisation and your circumstances. This isn’t your bog-standard off-the-shelf training.
